“The Philialabs wearable has transformed how I understand and manage daily stress and overwhelm.” - Sean H, VIC, Australia
Most trackers chase steps and calories. PhiliaHealth listens to your nervous system. It’s a research-backed tool built with and for neurodivergent users, designed for sensory comfort, simplicity, and clarity.
Our algorithms were developed in collaboration with Australian neuroscientists and occupational therapists to capture real autonomic shifts - the physiological patterns that reflect how your body handles sensory, emotional, and cognitive load.
This research is translated into clear, shareable summaries, like the sample report shown here, so insight does not stay theoretical. It becomes something you can recognize, reflect on, and use in daily life or care conversations.
PhiliaHealth offers literal, real-time insights into the nervous system’s rhythms.
No flashing lights. No confusing scores. Just clear, objective feedback that fits your world.

"I’ve been using the Philia Health device and app from Philia Labs, and it’s been a fantastic tool for me. It’s designed specifically for autistic people and is available under the NDIS consumables budget for around $300 - an absolute bargain in my opinion. It helps me track detailed biometric data, which makes it much easier to communicate with my health professionals. One of the biggest benefits for me has been accurately tracking my sleep, which has always been a challenge. I also find it really helpful for identifying patterns and understanding my emotional state over time. I highly recommend this device to anyone on the NDIS, and I believe it could be useful for many others as well. Thank you, Philia Labs - this has made a real difference for me."
"I've been using the PhiliaHealth app for about three months now, and I've really enjoyed how comfortable and lightweight it is to wear. It tracks the usual things like step count and sleep score, similar to a Fitbit or smartwatch. What really stood out to me was the heart rate variability (HRV) feature, which measures how well my body recovers from stress. I started using the spot check function to see how my HRV changed before and after mindfulness sessions, but I was surprised to find that sometimes I felt even more stressed afterward. Then I tried doing a lymphatic drainage massage using a YouTube video, and after checking my HRV again, I noticed a significant improvement every time. Now, it’s something I’m planning to incorporate into my daily routine in the hopes of seeing long-term benefits."
"I've been using the PhiliaHealth for the past three months and I absolutely love it. It’s helped me gain a deeper understanding of my stress levels and sleep patterns. With the data it provides, I’ve been able to work with my psychologist to tailor a program specifically for managing stress and improving my sleep. The insights have been incredibly helpful and have made a real difference in how I approach my mental and physical wellbeing. I’d highly recommend the PhiliaHealth to anyone looking to better understand and improve their sleep and stress, it's truly been a game changer for me."

PhiliaHealth tracks your body’s natural stress and sleep patterns using heart rate variability (HRV) and sleep stages to identify whether your body is recharging or under strain so you can plan your day, rest, and recovery with confidence.
PhiliaHealth will soon be the only wearable in the world to also track your sympathetic arousal - stay tuned!
We understand. In addition to our founders’ lived experiences, we worked extensively with the Baker Heart & Diabetes Institute and Deakin University using algorithms to measure “fight or flight” and “rest and digest” activity. Additionally, a 2023 pilot study with Dr. Duane Smith (Stream Psychology) focused on neurodivergent integrations found that PhiliaHealth helped users identify stress patterns and regulate more effectively. We are continuing ongoing studies in this arena as well.
Because we built this for neurodivergent individuals, PhiliaHealth has no flashing lights or vibrations and offers multiple strap options as well as the ability to wear the device on wrist, arm, or ankle for comfort. Our dashboard uses calm visuals and easy-to-read data as well as the ability to only track at certain times or share summaries and data with your clinician directly. And because we focus on patterns over numbers our users can observe trends instead of spiraling over every metric.
PhiliaHealth is splash-resistant (IP65). You can wear it while washing your hands or in the rain, but it’s not suitable for swimming or showering.
No ongoing subscription is required. You can choose a one-time purchase or a payment plan, and an optional subscription for extended features and support.

By default, only you. You can choose to share screenshots or summaries with your healthcare team.
